On a sunny New Hampshire afternoon, friends and family alike gathered at the Mountain View Grand Resort to witness the union between Emily and Matt and celebrate their brand-new beginning together. All in attendance were moved by the couple’s clear connection that they had been sharing for five years leading up to that day.
The couple initially met in 2014 when Emily was asked by her friend Molly to keep another friend company while she prepared for her upcoming dance recital. That friend turned out to be Matt, and the pair developed instant chemistry. After sharing a day filled with laughs (and a less than exquisite campus lunch), the couple ended up exchanging numbers and have been inseparable ever since.
In the days that followed, Matt and Emily were constantly texting, video chatting and making fun plans together. For them, the perfect day together is going to the lake for a hike with the dogs and taking in the scenery.
There was beautiful scenery to enjoy on their wedding day as well, where the couple posed with friends and family in front of the breathtaking White Mountains. After the heartwarming ceremony, the festivities moved inside, where the entire party joined Emily and Matt for some much due celebration and dancing!
