Getting married at Waterville Valley Resort is a great option for adventurous couples with a love of nature. Nestled between hundreds of acres of the White Mountain National Forest, the Resort provides breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect location for Tezzy and Nathan to start their married life together! Their Waterville Valley Resort dream wedding was truly endearing, and we were thrilled to be a part of such a momentous day!
Finding Love on the Trail
Tezzy and Nathan quickly formed a bond while hiking the Superstition Mountains in Arizona during a work trip. On subsequent hikes, Tezzy was grateful that Nathan shared his clementines and brought a headtorch so they could see the stars. She soon moved to Boston, but Nathan visited her there and they began dating shortly after. The pair visited Tony’s Clam Shop on their first date and went whale watching by the harbor the next day. When they couldn’t be together in person, Tezzy and Nathan spoke on the phone for hours at a time. Eventually, Nathan moved to Boston to make his relationship with Tezzy official.
Quarantining together during the pandemic allowed them to get to know each other well, but they were soon ready to take the next step. The couple moved to a picturesque house on 5 acres of land, where Nathan proposed overlooking a beautiful pond on the property.

Tezzy and Nathan’s Waterville Valley Resort dream wedding was absolutely gorgeous. The two wed at the resort’s Town Square Gazebo, where they could glimpse the stunning White Mountains in the distance. One of our favorite parts of the ceremony was seeing Nathan tear up while exchanging vows with his fiancée. Photographing this couple, we realized just how deeply they love each other. It was touching to see.
Once as they hit the dance floor, Tezzy and Nathan started the night off swaying to “On the Street Where You Live” from My Fair Lady. They then got their friends and loved ones up and dancing to the beat. It was a spectacular evening!
